I've heard M1 of DeadPrez say something that sounded like Coupe Tete, Boule Kai or something like that and always wondered what it meant.
He said it again on Paris' new album so it reminded me to try to look it up again. He added more context to it to by saying "for what he did to the Haitians in Miami" before it. I guess that clued me in to the fact that it was in French.
It is actually spelled Koupe Tet, Bouley Kay and it means Cut off the head, burn down the house and it is a Haitian chant having to do with the Haitian massacres and Jean-Claude (Baby Doc) Duvalier.
